Mrs.Purrna SJ Kraleti

Mrs Purrna Kraleti is a multi-faceted woman, who takes primary interest in mental health and wellbeing. Till date, she has taken up numerous sessions on stress management which includes a one of a kind meditation and physical exercises. She has taught this meditation to around 5000 children including those in juvenile homes.

She is warm and vivacious woman, who dons multiple roles, with ease and balance. A Masters in Psychology, cognitive behavior therapist, NLP practitioner, mental space psychology practitioner, Tarot card reader and angel guidance coach, Yoga Prana Vidya Certified instructor and therapist, she believes in philosophy” Happy Mind , Happy life

A fitness freak, she leads a life of balance and synchronicity with nature. Evidently, nature lover, she believes healing our mother nature, mother earth begins with small acts of kindness and it is in giving that we receive.

She has been guest speaker for many national and international radio channels. She ran a Podcast Feminine Frequency Radio, shows based on women health and empowerment, in 2018-2019.

She has presented a paper on “Efficacy of planetary peace meditation on academic performance in school children” at the 8th INSPA conference 2018, published in IJPE (Indian Journal of Psychology and education) VOL.10, no 2, July 2020.

Wellness sessions, mental happiness sessions conducted by her are rejuvenating and bring empowerment in handling challenges. Currently, highly active with COVID positive cases, helping them overcome the social stigma and conducting Coexist with COVID sessions.
